I bought it for a family member who has neuropathy. It works really well. The remote makes it super easy to use. We turned it on with the back pads yesterday. And they worked perfectly too.

This mat is exceptionally stimulating. I have neuropathy in both feet and lower legs, typically feel little sensation. The first time I felt nothing, but didn’t follow the instructions exactly. Thereafter, however, I am amazed at the feeling. I also found it works better on a hard floor versus carpeting. I like mode 6, +7. Wow!

I like the multiple modes and intensities for each. Easy to charge and still haven’t needed to recharge after initial use. No problems with the functionality and massages. Well designed and excellent value for the price. I wouldn’t hesitate buying again.
